Description

Cozy 2-room individual T2 maisonette with beds for 4 people including:

- 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and storage cupboard, 1 living room including a flat screen TV, DVD, internet and free wifi, 1 table, 2 shelves for eating in front of the TV and 1 very comfortable 140 cm convertible bed .

- 1 bathroom with shower, 1 WC and 1 washing machine.

- 1 very well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave oven, thermo-ventilated oven, 1 toaster, 1 fridge/freezer with 2 doors 260l and all the crockery and kitchen utensils for 4 people.

- 1 private outdoor gas barbecue with chairs and garden table overlooking the garden and the trees.

- Free loan of a baby travel cot, a high chair and a BB bath on request.

- Possibility to provide bed linen and bath towel (with supplement of 12 euros per person)

The very bright maisonette with new equipment and bedding is about 40m from the owners' main house and the swimming pool on the same 4600m² plot.

The tenants are totally independent and all the facilities (swimming pool, deckchairs, bowling alley, table tennis, swings, badminton, volleyball, hammock, swings, exercise bikes, etc.) are reserved exclusively for them for the duration of the stay.

There is only one rental on the ground. The swimming pool in front of the main house is maintained by the owner every day.

A remote control for the electric gate is given to tenants upon their arrival.

Guaranteed sunshine: 300 days of sunshine a year in the Var!

If you like calm and tranquility far from big cities and traffic jams to enjoy the Provençal sun in the Massif des Maures where you will be welcomed in a friendly atmosphere and with the greatest pleasure... you have chosen the right address for a stay. pleasant!

All the shops are present in the village 1km from the rental. Including Carrefour and Lidl stores in the village.

Many activities are offered in the surrounding area (horse riding, tennis, canoeing, tree climbing, golf…) we are 1h30 from the Gorges du Verdon, the Sainte-Croix lake, the Sainte-Baume massif, etc…

A very complete book (on the village, the region, the activities, the most beautiful beaches, the wine cellars, etc.) is entrusted to the tenants upon their arrival.

Accommodation conditions:

- End of stay cleaning done by you or Package of 60€.
