We offer a fully air-conditioned, recently renovated villa in the Verdon Regional Natural Park in St Julien le Montagnier. The surface is 70 m2 with a 200 m2 unfenced garden (open to the fields).
Capacity : 6 People
The house includes a large dining/living room/kitchen area (double sofa bed).
New equipments : coffee machine, induction cooker and catalytic oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher,...
You will also find : microwave oven, large fridge freezer, large satellite TV, free Wi-Fi on request

Dedicated bathroom, shower, hair dryer and new electric towel rails.

Bedroom 2 :
Two individual single beds 90x190 with the possibility of bringing them together to make a king size bed 180x190.
Bathroom with shower, new electric towel rails.
Two large storage closets.
For more privacy, possibility to enter and leave each room by a dedicated and independent access.
Laundry room : washer, drying rack, table and iron, shelves
Exterior : Large shaded terrace with new garden furniture (aluminum table and chairs, parasols, etc.)
New gas barbecue.
Cool garden with deckchairs for siesta (new too).
Very quiet house at the end of a dead end, overlooking the plain of St Julien as far as the eye can see.
None overlooked.
Parking provided in the hamlet.
Possibility of coming with an electric car, charging possible in front of the house for a fee (16A single-phase and provision of a dedicated extension).
- Hamlet near the village center (10 minutes on foot) with all amenities (bakeries, butcher, fishmonger, cooperative cellar, pharmacy, grocery store, bar, restaurant, etc.)
- St Julien beach on the shores of Lake Esparron 28 minutes away (2 restaurants right on the water, nautical base with rental of electric boats, pedal boats or canoes).
- Quinson 25 minutes away (nautical base, Gorges du Verdon, restaurants, museum of prehistory).
GITE BONUS :
On request, a free mountain bike ride can be organized to discover the trails around Lake Esparron (Singles and DFCI).
Non-professional supervision but all levels possible.
Electric mountain bikes are also welcome.
Baby equipment (cot, playpen, bath, high chair) if needed.
