The house is located on Saint-Médard-en-Jalles (commune belonging to the Bordeaux metropolis) in the heart of a quiet residential area and with shops nearby.

House on one level, of 110 m². Housing completely renovated and air-conditioned, with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms:
* 1 bedroom, bed 160 x 200 cm
* 1 bedroom, bed 160 x 200 cm
* 1 bedroom, bed 160 x 200 cm and 1 convertible bench 175 x 90 cm (1 child - 12 years).
* 1 bedroom with mezzanine; 1 upstairs bed 140 x 190 cm and 1 single bed 80 x 200 cm on the ground floor.

Possibility to install 2 umbrella beds (on request).

Linen (bed linen and towels) is provided.

The accommodation has the following facilities: a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerators, oven and microwave, heating/air conditioning, internet/wifi connection and television.
In addition, the living room is composed of a modular sofa and a table football allowing convivial and relaxing moments.

The house also includes a wooded and enclosed garden: with terrace, garden furniture and playground.

The accommodation has a secure code safe offering a stand-alone entrance 24/7.


Accommodation conditions :

- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival and 50% of the total amount up to 3 days before arrival.
- A rental contract and inventory can be made. A deposit of 400€ can be requested from the travelers.
- The cleaning is to be done by you: make the house in the same condition as found when you arrived, that is clean and tidy*.
- Our pets are not allowed.
- Do not smoke inside the house.
- No noise nights between 22H and 7H to respect the neighborhood.
- Festive events are allowed as far as is reasonable (no sound, no confetis, no holes in the walls).

For lovers of cycling, beautiful bike paths are accessible nearby (direction Bordeaux or direction Lacanau Ocean).

Finally, the house is located about forty minutes from the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Arcachon basin. Saint-Médard-en-Jalles is also about 15 kilometres from Bordeaux city centre.
