Description
Formerly a carpentry workshop, this atypical guesthouse was completely renovated for your comfort in 2020.
It is accessible via a separate entrance.
It has a private shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, a living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen and a lounge/library with TV screen and DVD player. The mezzanine bedroom is on the first floor with a 160cm double bed and air conditioning.
An unheated 10m2 indoor swimming pool operates during the summer season - from mid-May to mid-September - and opens onto an outdoor terrace and private solarium.
The pool is winterized between mid-September and mid-May.
Our guesthouse is rated *** by the Nyons Tourist Office.
The guesthouse is ideally located in a quiet, residential area, just a 10-minute walk from downtown Nyons, the olive capital.
You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Drôme provençale region and discover its many treasures: visit the nearby hilltop villages, appreciate the heritage with the castles of Suze la Rousse and Grignan, taste the local cuisine with its olive and olive oil flavors and explore the many vineyards around Nyons.
Rental conditions:
Arrival time between 5pm and 8pm, departure time before 10am.
A deposit of 350€ is required in cash or cheque on arrival. This deposit is not cashed and is returned on the day of departure. It can be used to cover any damage to the guesthouse.
Cancellation possible up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the 30% deposit will be retained.
The guesthouse is entirely non-smoking.
For safety reasons, the guesthouse is not suitable for children under 12.
