Located 3.5 km from the Ermitage Frère Joseph ski resort in the village of Ventron (88310), on site for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, the Gîte du tilleul of 530 m2, is the place dreamed for nature lovers.
Accessibility to people with reduced mobility from October 1, 2018, with bedroom, bathroom and wc.
This cottage is designed for groups of 16 to 33 people.
It includes 8 bedrooms, 8 toilets, 8 bathrooms, 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
1 professional kitchen (with dishwasher 3 minutes), 1 dining room, 1 living room with wood stove, TV, TNT by satellite, DVD player, HIFI system
1 seminar room of 35 m2, 1 library, 1 infirmary.
70 m2 of cellars with bar, dance hall, relaxation sofas. The dance room contains a mixer, microphone, karaoke, connected TV, light games.
A 120m2 games room including billiards, table tennis, table football, air-hockey, 3 pinball machines, electronic darts, cocktail table with 60 games, touch games, 2 slot machines, children's corner with table and dinette... , the set FREE, without coin mechanism.
A fully furnished outdoor space with terrace, 4 tables, 4 large parasols, 1 large barbecue, spring games for children.
Outdoor games : bowling, checkerboard and giant chessboard, pétanque court and mini-golf.
Equipment for your evenings with 5 stone grill services, 5 raclettes, 5 fondues, 3 crepe parties, fryer, etc…

Accommodation conditions :
A deposit of 2600€ is requested by check before arrival. It is not collected but could be used in the event of any damage.
Cleaning charge of 250€ at the exit of the gîte.
Electricity, tourist tax and fuel are not included in the price and will be paid on site before leaving the gîte.
