The pink and turquoise colors welcome you cheerfully. On the white brick walls, old enamel plates of vintage pubs, neon lights and small jukeboxes set the tone: we really are in the USA!

We offer you a retro decor in vogue in the 60s “Tiki culture” or Polynesian pop, hoping that this theme will bring rays of sunshine and summer scents to your stay.

It is better to avoid excess but nothing prevents us from borrowing ideas from the Polynesian or Hawaiian islands to escape and dream, cool effect guaranteed! For this theme, the centerpiece is the Tiki. It is an essential object since in Polynesian culture, it ensures the protection of places. These sculptures, like the man-god, are made of wood or stone, of all sizes, and are available as masks or as items of furniture (in stools for example) in specialized shops.

Inside the French brand NOTIN caravan from 1972, a model called "Hirondelle" offers a beautiful dining area with a bench seat that converts into a single bed, in the center of storage and a large chest of drawers that converts into a bed for 2 people offering a bed 140 × 190 cm. At the back on the left the kitchenette with hob and 2 gas burners, fridge, sink and all the crockery for 3 people. At the far right, small beauty area with chemical WC.

The furniture is original and kept intact because it is in very good condition, the turquoise blue walls and the yellow kitchen bring joy and warmth, the ultra-colourful "Alexander Henry" fabric with Tahitian fabrics to make the curtains, the surfboard, yukulele , necklaces of flowers, shells, paintings or photos representing vahines and tropical birds bring all the atmosphere.

In order to bring you all the comfort, the beach hut is fitted out with a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

In order to create the "sun effect" and the "tropical" atmosphere, we created a wooden terrace with bamboo reeds and several palm trees around it. To finalize the decor, you have a garden furniture with 2 deckchairs, a small palapa with covered private SPA and finally the light garlands almost all around.

All this staging to guarantee you a total change of scenery, to make you forget all your worries for a successful holiday! This intimate and heavenly space is perfect for lovers.

An unusual accommodation with a view of the greenery, "Shelby" the pony and "Lise" a little dwarf goat will keep you company when you return from a visit. The Gîtes de la Pomme d'Or are made so that everyone can fully enjoy their holidays in Normandy and all the discoveries between sea and countryside, just 2 minutes from the main shops.
