Description

“Les Eaux Deux Sources” is made up of 3 characterful, very comfortable gîtes, each with their own atmosphere.

You will have a large garden where everything you need (tables, parasols, sun loungers, deck chairs, hammock, pétanque balls, barbecues, swings, etc.) will allow you to relax, have fun, share happy moments. with family, friends or lovers.

You will find in each gîte enough games, DVDs, books & comics to enhance your free time & enough documentation to plan your stay.

Pets are welcome with us, we simply ask you to take a few precautions with regard to furniture and exteriors.

This gîte called "Los esclops" with 2 to 4 places (with its 52 m² & its 35 m² living room), shares a wing of the building with "Lou Bouffadou", making your stay totally independent from the rest of the estate.

It's a cozy little nest, a quiet cocoon for daydreaming alone or sharing intimate moments as a couple or in small groups.

A small surface, but a warm layout, also all in wood and stone, the living room is surmounted by a bedroom in the attic, simple but pleasant. The charm of this little cottage is enhanced by the character of the wood-burning stove, in an old Godin stove.

To enjoy the outdoors: a parking space and a garden space reserved for you. A parasol, table, sunbeds, barbecue, in summer.

In common : a playground for children (under the supervision and responsibility of the accompanying parents), a ground laid out for playing pétanque.

Accommodation conditions :

Two guarantee checks are requested before arrival :

- Cleaning guarantee : 50€

- Equipment guarantee : 200€

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but may possibly be the subject of a credit note valid for one year, so that you can postpone your stay, in the event of major impossibility to come (example: hospitalization) on certificate provided.
