Detached house with 3 facades located in a quiet village in the Pyrenees-Orientales.
This village of 1500 inhabitants has all the amenities: grocery store, pharmacy, post office, organic bakery.
A bus can also take you to Thuir and Perpignan for 1€.
The house is composed of a living room with kitchen, a utility room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
You can enjoy the large terrace of 50m2 as well as the swimming pool and the barbecue.
2 bicycles are available to explore the many hiking trails near the house.
Accommodation conditions :
Arrival time from 3 p.m. and departure time from 10 a.m.
A deposit check of €500 (not cashed) must be sent to the owners before the start of the stay.
Tenants bring their own sheets and towels.
A water and electricity package is included in the price. If the package is exceeded, a supplement will be payable at the end of the stay.
Pool maintenance is included in the price.
Rates : €110 per night from June 15 to September 15. 75€ per night out of season.
Cancellation possible up to 15 days before the start of the stay.
If canceled within 15 days prior to the stay, a deduction of 25% of the total price will be applied.
Cleaning costs : 80€.
