You find your guest room in the tranquility of a private house in FRONTIGNAN, a coastal town next to SETE. The two towns are located around the ''THAU BASIN'' with its oyster beds.

FRONTIGNAN-PLAGE has 7 km of beach.  Naturists will find what they are looking for at ''LES ARESQUIERS''.

The room has a 140cm double bed, a wardrobe, air conditioning and flat-screen TV.

You will also have a private bathroom with shower, sink and heated towel rail as well as a separate toilet outside the bathroom.

Outside you will enjoy a beautiful terrace sheltered by a bio climatic pergola equiped with blinds on the sides to shelter you from the wind and the sun.

Breakfast is offered to you.

You benefit from FREE WI-FI and FREE PRIVATE PARKING in the FENCED property.

There is an ''Additional Bedroom'' on the 1st floor which is rented EXCLUSIVELY to children or friends accompanying the couple who rent the ''The Master Bedroom'' on the ground floor. Accompanying persons will use the shower room and the toillets on the groundfloor. This room is made up of 2 single beds of 80cm.

A supplement of 10€/night is applied per pet.

Rental conditions :

Arrival time between 5 p.m. and midnight, departure time before 10:30 a.m. 

Cancellation possible up to 14 days before arrival on site. In the event of cancillation less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the 30% deposit will be retained.
