This cottage is designed for groups of 2 to 16 people.

It includes 5 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen – Dining room, 1 large living room with TV, satellite TNT, DVD player.

Equipment for your evenings with 3 stone grill sets, 3 raclettes, 3 fondues, 3 electric crepe makers...

A completely free coin-operated games room with ping-pong table, table football, 2 pinball machines, touch games, neo-geo, token machines, etc., all FREE.

A fully furnished outdoor area with 2 terraces against the house and 2 on the edge of the stream with stairs going directly into the stream, 4 tables, 4 large parasols, 2 barbecues, spring games for children.

Outdoor games: bowling, petanque, table tennis, climbing frame, children's slide, sandbox, etc.

Accommodation conditions :

A deposit of 600€ is requested by check before arrival. It is not collected but could be used in the event of any damage.

Cleaning fee of 125€ at the exit of the gîte.

Electricity, tourist tax and fuel are not included in the price and will be paid on site before leaving the gîte.
